These terms govern your use of Readigence and related services. By accessing or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you are using Readigence on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

You may use Readigence only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it to collect responses without the appropriate consent of participants.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Readigence provides assessment results, scores, and AI-generated recommendations for informational purposes. They are decision-support tools, not professional, legal, or employment advice, and should be applied with human judgment.

Readigence and its content — including the assessment methodology and the persona framework — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended.

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Specific pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. During the current teaser period, certain features may be limited or unavailable.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
