Privacy Policy

Readigence is built privacy-first. Our assessment is anonymous by default: respondents are not required to create an account, and individual answers are never shown back to an organization — only aggregate, team-level results. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Assessment responses. When someone takes an assessment, we store their answers and the resulting persona and dimension scores. Anonymous respondents carry no identifying information.

Optional identity. A respondent may choose to provide a name and email so their organization can follow up. This is optional, requires explicit consent, and is kept separate from the response data used for reporting.

Account information. Organization administrators sign in through our authentication provider; we store the minimum needed to operate an account (e.g., email, organization).

Contact requests. If you request early access, we collect the details you submit (such as email and company) to contact you about the product.

To deliver the assessment and its results, to operate and improve the product, to contact you when you ask us to, and to produce aggregated, anonymized benchmarks. Benchmark datasets contain no personally identifiable information.

Aggregate results are only shown above a minimum response threshold, so individuals cannot be inferred from a small sample. Benchmark aggregates are stored separately from any identifying information and never include PII.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the product (such as hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery), under appropriate agreements.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
